Job Description:

1. Supervise the progress of all projects by the supervisory department and play an important role in communicating with European factories;

2. Organize the team and assign tasks

3. Strong negotiation skills are necessary for the negotiation process between regulators and suppliers;

4. Communicate with suppliers, project management/supplier management;

5. Establish a platform for communication between sales, design, and factories;

6. On site project management and business expansion.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work or exhibition industry experience;

2. Familiar with exhibition industry construction techniques and possess excellent problem-solving skills;

3. Has strong negotiation skills, pays attention to details, and can flexibly arrange work according to changes in the environment;

4. Able to travel frequently

5. Proficient in English, Polish, and basic Chinese communication skills;

6. Possess experience and ability to manage international teams, capable of executing multiple tasks simultaneously
